RoleBecoming a Knifehand at Oakey Beef Exports is an opportunity to upskill and create a long-term pathway, with over 50+ different trimming and Knifehand roles in one department alone.
This Knifehand position offers:Full time, permanent employment in OakeyMonday to Friday shifts, with five (5) Saturday's each year5:30AM – 1:36PM working hours (+1hr OT when required)Full on the job training including a Certificate in Meat ProcessingWhat experience are we looking for?
Working As a Knifehand Is Fast-paced And Can Be Physically Demanding.
Having The Motivation To Learn Will Be An Asset In Your Success.
Previous Experience Using a Knife Will Be Extremely Advantageous!
