We are looking for a talented Field Service Mechanic to join our high performing field service team.
The Gunnedah Basin mining region is home to over 170 Cummins High Horsepower engines , powering a range of mining equipment.This is a 7/7 Roster, for either someone local to Tamworth, or a Drive in, drive out opportunity can be available.In this role,



you will make an impact in the following ways:Perform breakdown and preventative tasksDiverse range engine repairs, both major and minorWorking autonomously as well as having the ability to work in a great team environmentWork with other major OEM's – Komatsu, Hitachi, LiebherrTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Diesel, Plant, or Light Vehicle also considered)A valid driver's licenseExperience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining equipment, engines and similar applications is preferredJob ServiceOrganization Cummins Inc.Role Category On-site with FlexibilityJob Type TechnicianReqID *******Relocation Package Yes100% On-Site No
