We're currently seeking Casual Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Operators to support daily production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.This role is ideal for hands-on workers who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with repetitive tasks while following strict quality and safety standards.Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Role (Physically Active, Repetitive Role)Duties include:Mixing ingredients according to recipesWeighing and preparing ingredients accuratelyUnwrapping products and placing them into mixing bowlsMoving wheelie bins around the warehouse with product mixTipping bread and handling raw materialsUsing lifting aids safely and correctlyCompleting production paperwork accuratelyThinking ahead to maintain production flowWorking in a monotonous/repetitive environmentFollowing GMP, quality,
