You will provide key support across tax compliance, reporting, and month end activities while gaining exposure to broader finance operations within a dynamic, fast paced organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for tax work, including BAS, FBT, Corporate Income Tax, CbCR, APA, and ACRAssist with tax compliance and reporting requirementsLiaise with internal departments to collect data for tax calculationsSupport month end closing and financial reportingPrepare weekly, monthly,
and quarterly reports in a timely mannerSupport reporting to Head Office in line with agreed timetablesPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and identify risks or opportunitiesAssist with annual budgeting and monthly forecastingSupport the implementation of best practice financial controls and reporting automationLiaise with tax authorities and external accounting firmsSupport general financial accounting tasks and ad hoc analysis as requiredStay informed on industry trends and changes in tax legislationAbout YouBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics1–2 years' experience in accounting or tax (preferred)High attention to detail and strong organisational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA proactive, approachable, and team focused attitudeStrong time management skills with a "can do" mindsetIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyWhy Join Kia?
