You will lead from the front, mentor the estimating team, work directly with customers and help us continue building one of Australia's best estimating departments.You'll allocate work across Australian and offshore teams, coach estimators, liaise with customers, and support Revit and AI initiatives while remaining hands-on with technical estimating.
