Eloma Care is seeking an energetic Lifestyle Assistant for in-home support in Punchbowl, NSW.
Two base shift options are 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm with a sleepover, across 7 days.You will assist participants with daily living, encourage independence, join community activities, and collaborate with families while maintaining records and adhering to care plans.
