You'll oversee trades, ensure compliance, manage client relationships, and drive projects to a high standard.This role offers autonomy, support, and the ability to manage multiple exciting projects within an established,



fast-growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise construction and insurance repair jobs from start to finishConduct building inspections and prepare accurate assessment reportsPrepare detailed estimates, quotes, and scopes of workCoordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelinesEnsure all work meets QBCC, WHS, and legislative compliance standardsProvide clear communication and updates to clients and stakeholdersResolve issues, handle objections, and maintain positive client relationshipsMaintain accurate project documentation through digital platformsWork efficiently across multiple live projects in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForQBCC Builder's Supervisor Licence – Essential3+ years' experience in residential and/or commercial construction supervisionExperience with roof replacements / hail repairs highly regardedStrong computer literacy, with Prime Ecosystem experience viewed favourablyExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesStrong understanding of QBCC legislation, WHS requirements, and complianceProfessional presentation, reliability, and a self-motivated approachCurrent driver's licence – essentialHigh personal standards of quality, safety, and client serviceEntrepreneurial mindsetWhy Quantum?
