We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals to inspire the next generation of industry practitioners and leaders.
You will deliver high-quality, industry-aligned teaching combining contemporary legal, HR, and leadership practices with engaging approaches that support student success.
This teaching opportunity is in higher education, teaching in our Bachelor of Business program (AQF 7).
You will work with diverse learners to build practical capabilities in areas such as employment law, workplace relations, organisational behaviour, people management, ethical leadership, and strategic decision-making.
Using your professional experience and subject expertise, you will create inclusive, supportive learning environments that foster critical thinking, professionalism, collaboration,



and lifelong learning.About YouHold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold an AQF 8 qualification (Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Masters in a related field or above)Have a minimum of three years post-qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previouslyBe prepared to develop and maintain your knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competenceRequired documentsCurrent resumeCopies of your qualifications (upload as one PDF file).
