As the key point of contact for managing and coordinating environment delivery,



this role will work closely with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery stability while enabling agility in a fast-paced environment and ensuring rigorous governance, coordination, and impact assessment of all delivery requests.Lead the day-to-day management of technical project streams within a complex program, with a focus on test workplace upliftOwn and drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution in coordination with key stakeholdersManage cross-functional teams, including internal SMEs, external vendors, business analysts and solution engineersEnsure scope, timelines, and delivery risks are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigatedWork collaboratively with program managers, project managers, solution architects, infrastructure leads, QA/test teams, and vendors to identify requirements, assess impacts and align delivery objectivesProvide structured high-quality reporting to Program Managers on project health, risks, and outcomesIdentify and track dependencies across multiple streams of work as well as external dependencies raised for the project/programAdapt project/program delivery to accommodate shifting priorities and business needs in a high-pressure environmentKey Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technical projects within large enterprise transformation programs, preferably in banking or financial servicesStrong knowledge of project governance, delivery lifecycles, stakeholder engagement, and vendor managementAbility to read and interpret technical documentation such as architecture diagrams and system flowsStrong experience leading end-to-end project delivery uplifting and deploying new Infrastructure, onboarding applications, integrating with existing services,



and service operationalizationExperience working with internal teams and third-party vendors to facilitate and manage deliveryExcellent proactiveness, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and drive outcomesConfident working with technical stakeholders and translating between business and IT domainsAdvanced reporting skills, including presenting risk and decisions to senior leadersProvide structured and concise reporting to Program Managers and key stakeholders on RAG status, milestones, risks, issues and financesHigh attention to detail, highly organised with ability to manage shifting priorities and lead under pressureA collaborative team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong resilienceExperience working in complex environments with a large number of applications requiring integration into existing systems (E.g.
