Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out, Hotel Refurbishment.The Harrison Barrett Group are collaborating with a reputable commercial fit-out and builder based in Brisbane/Gold Coast.
Our client requires an experienced site manager to join the team and help oversee their exciting portfolio of projects valued between $10M-$25M in the fit-out space in Brisbane/Gold Coast.The RoleYou will be responsible for the successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment of multiple projects, through to completion and handover.
You will oversee all onsite operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all daily site operationsDrive programme and subcontractor management to achieve project milestonesLiaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractorsMaintain exceptional quality control throughout all construction stagesProactively identify and resolve construction and coordination issuesManage site safety, compliance, and reportingCoordinate labour, materials,
