dnata Catering & Retail is currently seeking a motivated and detail-driven Revenue Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team at Head Office in Broadbeach.
Reporting to the Manager, Billing, the Revenue Analyst ensures accurate billing by reconciling data in JDE, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customers and internal teams to maintain invoice accuracy and minimise revenue leakage.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile billing data in JDE against pricing and customer agreementsIdentify and resolve billing discrepancies and data issuesMaintain accurate and timely customer invoicingLiaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queriesProduce weekly and monthly billing reportsMonitor systems and support issue resolution and improvementsEnsure compliance with internal controls and billing processesSupport audits and continuous improvement initiativesManage shared inboxes and respond to billing queries
About You




Proven experience in a similar Revenue Analyst or billing/reconciliation roleExperience working in high-volume, data-driven environmentsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. lookups, formulas, macros)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
