Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, this is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, loves variety and wants to be developed and build a long-term career in logistics, procurement, supply chain and inventory management.

Whether you've worked in warehouse administration, customer service, purchasing, logistics or another operational support role, this position offers the opportunity to learn, develop and gain exposure across freight coordination, procurement, inventory management and warehouse operations.

About the Role
Working closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the logistics function, ensuring products and materials move efficiently throughout the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating inbound and outbound freight bookings
Raising purchase orders and following up supplier deliveries
Maintaining accurate inventory and logistics records
Liaising with suppliers, freight providers and internal departments
Supporting stock control and inventory administration
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse and logistics function
Providing general operational support relating to logistics, shipments (admin, data entry into spreadsheets, developing shipment reports, tracking shipments and deliveries)




This is a hands-on role where teamwork is highly valued.
When priorities shift or other areas need assistance, you'll be someone who's happy to jump in and support the wider team.
About You
We're more interested in attitude than having every box ticked.
You'll be someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in producing accurate work and wants to build a career within logistics and supply chain.
You'll ideally bring
Previous experience in administration, logistics, warehouse support, customer service or a similar operational role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
The ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn recent systems and processes
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Highly Regarded
Experience within manufacturing, logistics or ERP systems
Experience in a similar role in manufacturing industries
Knowledge/understanding of transport/logistics challenges (such as site conditions)
Forklift Ticket (or willingness to obtain) for those quiet periods where you might jump in and support your leader with some warehouse duties.
