Advertisement TextFull-time fixed term position (until June ****)Join a dynamic organisation in a pivotal part of our transformationFlexible hybrid work arrangements (office + work from home) available.About the RoleThe primary purpose of this role is to support the project team in the delivery of the Melbourne Arts Precinct Redevelopment and specifically the Reimagining of Arts Centre Melbourne.
The Project Team Administrator is a key team member acting as a key contact point between the project team and stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving project environment.The Reimagining Business UnitThe Reimagining business unit leads the planning, direction and management of Arts Centre Melbourne's Reimagining Project that supports the achievement of ACM's strategic vision and delivery of the Trust's strategic objectives.The Redevelopment Unit leads the "Reimagining of Arts Centre Melbourne" project which is a significant component of a wider Creative Precinct renewal involving a wide range of Precinct partners.
It leads a diverse and engaged stakeholder group to help realise the strategic objectives of ACM.
The Unit has a strong background in project management knowledge areas as well as deep connections across all areas of the business and wider stakeholder base.Full-time fixed-term position (until June ****).
Salary $78,****** p.a plus superannuation + leave entitlements.QualificationsDiploma of Project Management orRelevant professional or tertiary qualification in project management;Other relevant qualification.Your Skills and ExperienceThis role requires strong organisational skills and experience working across multiple projects or workstreams.Be capable of creating and managing lists and actions that help all team members.Provided support relating to the preparation of project information and materials in collaboration with required internal & external stakeholders.Be skilled in preparing presentations, reports and project briefs, alongside other team members, that provide transparent and concise messaging.Have a strong understanding of document management.Be a great communicator and build relationships easily.Manage and coordinate schedules to achieve greater efficiencies and best use of time.Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and procedures and implement changes in consultation with relevant stakeholders.Risk Management & Compliance - coordinate project related activities and requirementsOH&S; Compliance - project required management of files and quality assurance.Experience using Microsoft Project, Aconex and other specialist software is an advantageFor more details, please read the Position Description - Project Team Administrator.pdfAbout the TeamThis Reimagining team leads the planning, direction and management of Arts Centre Melbourne's contribution to the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation (MAPT) project.
