They are seeking the following:Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily loads, ensure service delivery and complete live data entryControl daily/weekly revenue, compile paperwork and plan next-day schedulesSupervise Tug Drivers, manage trailer flow and GPS trackingUpdate clients/drivers on delays and report incidents immediatelyPromote safety, ensure Load Restraint compliance and driver inductionsSkills & ExperienceStrong geographical/road knowledgeCustomer service and attention to detailIntermediate-advanced Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)Time management and prioritisation skillsMinimum 2 years similar experience or 3 years in transport/3PLHours: Mon-Fri 6.00am-3.00pm (flexibility required)Transport PlannerReporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will plan and execute daily pickups and deliveries.
Local geographic and vehicle configuration knowledge is essential.




You will monitor contractor performance, maximise space utilisation, allocate/direct contractors and complete data entry/KPI reporting.Key DutiesExecute load/route schedules and allocate to approved contractorsEnsure allocations and permanently placed fleet vehicles are metManage yard tractor workflow and schedule next-day deliveriesResolve client issues, and complete KPI reportsEnsure live data entry and complete previous day's paperworkSkills & ExperienceSolid knowledge of Brisbane roads and geographyStrong customer service, cost control and attention to detailIntermediate computer literacy with robust numerical skillsMinimum 2 years similar experience or 3 years in transport/3PLHours: Mon-Fri 8.00am-6.00pm (flexibility required)What's on OfferWork with one of Brisbane's larger logistics operationsDynamic roles with varietySupportive team focused on operational excellence and safety
