We're looking for experienced Subdivision Excavator Operators to join a leading Queensland civil contractor specialising in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and road construction.
This is a excellent opportunity for operators with strong trenching and drainage experience who want consistent, long-term work with real career growth.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
Operating excavators for trenching, bulk earthworks, batter work, road boxing, pit & pipe,



conduits, and site clean-up
Working with 15T–50T machines across a variety of civil projects
Supporting site crews and trades as required
Typical hours: 6am–5pm, 5–6 days per week
What You'll Need:
Proven experience as a Subdivision Excavator Operator
White Card and reliable licence and transport (some sites remote)
Experience digging around live services and working in tight areas
Ability to follow site plans, communicate well, and work safely in a team
This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity (reviewed at 3 and 6 months), increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved.
This is an ongoing position where you will be working 10 hour days, 5/6 days per week.
