.We are currently seeking a recent Chef to join our Kitchen team .
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation, execution and be an integral part of creating new and exciting menus and experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver both A la Carte and Function and Wedding dining experiences.ABOUT YOU:Certificate III in Commercial cookery (minimum) and a minimum of 2 years of experience; or Certificate IV plus 1 year of experienceExperience as a Sous Chef able to lead a TeamExperience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions kitchen will be highly regardedPlanning and organisational skillsEnthusiasm and creative approach to providing high quality foodAn understanding of food safety and HACCP principlesAvailability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights and weekends.Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.Salary Range $76,500- $80,000 pa + Superannuation
