This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced precast qualified to step into a leadership role, supporting production teams while ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.Location: Redhead, NSWRole: Precast Leading HandEmployment Type: Casual (full‐time hours)Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:30am Start | 8-10 Hour ShiftsOvertime: Occasional Saturdays requiredPay Rate: $***** per hour casual + penalty ratesStart:



ASAPKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeading and coordinating daily precast production activitiesSupervising and supporting production crewsAssisting with mould setup and strip processesMonitoring production schedules and deadlinesEnsuring quality standards are maintainedSupporting concrete pours and general production tasksPromoting a strong safety culture across the siteCommunicating with supervisors and production teams to achieve targetsABOUT YOUYou are an experienced precast worker with leadership experience who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example.
