Our design team leads with intention, bringing you considered collections that arrive with the season, but become a seasonless addition to your wardrobe.The Role: Inventory Assistant ManagerAs our Inventory Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the day to day flow of inventory operations, driving stock accuracy, team performance and operational excellence across the warehouse.
Working alongside the Inventory Manager, you'll support and develop your team, solve challenges on the floor and help ensure stock moves efficiently through the business.In this role,you'llbe helping to:Support the daily coordination of inventory operations, including stock consolidation, cycle counts, discrepancy management and problem order resolutionLead and motivate the Inventory team on the warehouse floor, setting the standard for accuracy, pace and accountabilitySupport the onboarding,



training and development of team members to build capability and maintain operational standardsPartner closely with the Inbound team to align priorities and ensure consistent stock handling practicesDrive stock integrity and inventory accuracy through robust attention to detail and process adherenceUphold workplace health and safety standards and promote safe work practices across all inventory activitiesWe'relooking for someone who:Previous experience in inventory, warehousing or logistics operationsDemonstrated experience leading or supervising a team within a fast paced environmentStrong understanding of inventory control, stock management and warehouse processesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong problem solving skills and confidence making decisions on the warehouse floorExcellent communication and collaboration skillsThe ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively and navigate changing business needsA genuine commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvementBenefits + Culture:On the job training and integration!
