This hands‐on role suits a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in precision machining, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.About the RoleIn this role, you will program, set, and operate CNC machine tools to manufacture high-quality components to specification.This role is ideal for a tradesperson who thrives in a precision-focused, safety-conscious environment and enjoys working on varied and challenging projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC machines using machine controls and CAM softwareInterpret engineering drawings and specificationsCarry out fitting, machining, and assembly work as requiredEdit and optimise programs to improve cycle times and product qualityConduct quality checks using precision measuring equipmentMaintain machines, tooling, and a safe,
