About the role
All Termite Repairs is seeking reliable Carpenters to join our growing team in Brisbane.
We specialise in smaller, targeted repair jobs — primarily termite damage repairs and general residential carpentry work.
This role suits carpenters who prefer less stress, no large-scale builds, and practical hands‐on repair work.
Most jobs are quick in‐and‐out tasks, focused on quality workmanship without the pressure of major construction projects.
We are currently looking for 3 carpenters to join our team.
We are also looking for the right person to grow into a Junior Project Manager role, which includes time in the office learning how to quote, manage jobs, and coordinate projects.
What you'll be doing
Carrying out termite damage repairs and general structural carpentry
Replacing damaged timber framing, joists, bearers and studs
Minor framing and structural rectification work
Installing doors, skirting, architraves and other finishing elements
Reading and interpreting repair scopes and basic plans
Working efficiently to complete small jobs to a high standard
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Communicating clearly with clients and team members
What we're looking for
Qualified Carpenter (or solid carpentry experience)
Good knowledge of residential carpentry and timber repairs
Ability to work independently and manage small jobs confidently
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, punctual and professional
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
White Card (required)
Interest in progressing into a Junior Project Management role (for the right candidate)
