This role offers a unique opportunity for a technically strong validation professional to step into a high-impact, standalone position with robust cross-functional exposure.6-month fixed-term contract in regional NSWWHV candidates are welcome to applyApply your hands on validation experience in the pharmaceutical industryAbout the RoleAs the Validation Operations Associate, you will take ownership of process, cleaning, and media fill validation activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards across the site.Working within a matrix environment, you will collaborate closely with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Operations.This position is ideal for someone with hands-on validation experience in a GMP manufacturing environment who is confident working autonomously and engaging across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and report on process validation programs,



cleaning validation activities and media fill requirements.Partner with site teams to support process improvements and validation initiativesSupport new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing activitiesAssist with deviations, investigations, and CAPA managementPrepare and review validation documentation and protocol & SOPs and batch recordsProvide technical support across Manufacturing and Quality functionsSkills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:a Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related disciplineProven experience in process validation within a manufacturing environmentStrong experience in validation documentation and reportingBackground working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or related industryAbility to work independently in a standalone roleStrong communication skills and the ability to engage cross-functionallyThis a full-time on-site rolewith flexibility to start any time between 7:00am – 9:00am.
