Working alongside an experienced and supportive finance team, you'll receive valuable mentoring, develop practical skills, and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities that will accelerate your professional development.You'll contribute to meaningful projects, support business decision‐making, and develop a practical understanding of how finance helps drive business performance across Australia and New Zealand.Key AccountabilitiesReview, process and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Support month-end accounting close activities and related reconciliation processes.Review and reconcile internal cost allocations across the business.Assist in the preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS and GST returns.Support the preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns and compliance requirements.Generate and maintain accurate financial and operational reports to support business decision‐making.Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.Support annual compliance activities and statutory audit requirements.Prepare reports and insights for internal stakeholders and management review.Maintain company asset registers and schedules across Australia and New Zealand.Complete daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.Manage foreign currency conversions and related reporting requirements.Reconcile corporate credit cards and calculate employee reimbursements.Partner with the Senior Accountants to support daily cash flow management and reconciliation of the 12-month cash flow forecast.Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.Assist with month-end financial processes.About YouYou'll possess a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn, together with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
