This role will see you heavily involved in business operations, stakeholder management and ensuring the smooth running of a high-performing division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant looking to step into a senior support role, gain exposure within a leading organisation, and make an immediate impact.
What you'll be doing:
Provide high-level administrative support to an Associate Director and senior leadership team
Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively managed
Coordinate national travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Prepare meeting packs, presentations and leadership materials
Monitor inboxes, coordinate meetings and manage competing priorities
Take minutes and manage actions arising from leadership meetings
Support team engagement initiatives and internal events across multiple sites
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Act as a trusted business partner, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
Provide support across wider business initiatives as required
What we're looking for:
Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity
Experience supporting senior leaders within fast-paced, high-volume environments
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to manage upwards
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite
