as well as frequent visits from our Senior Management team for programming and practice support and training.The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:Diploma or Certificate 3High level of interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skillsA thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework includingEYLF/QKLGBe confident at the implementation of outstanding programming and experiences for children.A current Blue Card or ExemptionCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate OR be willing to obtain.Ability to work independently.Ability to work aspartof a team with passionate and dedicated professionals.An established personal philosophy that supports the growth of children as individualsA love of fun and innovative learningAvailability to work a range of shifts from 630am to 630pm, 5 days per week.The successful applicantwill enjoy:Paid on and off-site training.Paid first aid (including CPR / Anaphylaxis / Asthma), Child Protection Course, Fire / Food Safety and WHS provided.Paid individually tailored industry specific professional development.Paid monthly staff meetings.Paid end of year celebrations1 hour lunch breaksEstablished internal support structure including optimum support from a full time (non-contact) Service Director and Assistant Director.An established realistic approach to documentation that reduces the load and stress for educators whilst MEETING outcomes of the NQS.Award wages and conditionsDiscounted childcare fees (if applicable)Uniforms provided annually.A small family-owned business culture of inclusion, equity and respect that extends from a hands-on Approved Provider
