Certificate III/IV in Commercial CookeryExperience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchensSound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesFlexible team player with solid communication skillsAbility to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorshipWorking on-site means11-hour dayson a2:1 roster(two weeks on, one week off).
