Customer administrationSupporting our Contracts Manager with administration and day-to-day paperworkAssisting with safety reporting, documentation and compliance recordsProcessing purchase orders, invoices and general administrationOrdering office supplies and keeping the office running smoothlyProviding support wherever it's needed across the branchEveryone jumps in to help each other, so we're looking for someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and become part of the team.About YouWe're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a great attitude.You don't need years of experience - we're far more interested in finding someone who is reliable, well presented, eager to learn and enjoys working with people.You'll likely have:Previous experience in administration, reception, retail, hospitality or customer serviceA friendly, confident and professional mannerStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easilyGreat attention to detailThe ability to stay organised and juggle multiple tasksA proactive attitude and willingness to learnA genuine team-first approach and the confidence to jump in wherever neededMost importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys being around people, wants to learn, and is excited to build a career within a growing business.Why This Role?
