About the opportunityAs our Administration Officer, you'll be responsible for customer service and administration support for our Perth branch.
We're looking for someone who can apply their knowledge to ensure we are providing our customers with the highest level of service and support.
There is the potential for significant career growth within this position for the right candidate with clear and exciting pathways for advancement.
You'll make an impact by:Completing admin functions including quotations and purchase order matchingProviding reception and administration support for the branchMaintaining job orders and assembly orders and ensuring job tracking is line with schedules and delivery requirementsBeing supportive in all aspects of customers' requirementsAssisting the procurement and logistics team if requiredWhat you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you'll have:A commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised workplaceA minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleIntermediate computer skillsHave current Australian working rightsIt's not a deal breaker,
