What's the role?
Reporting to the Senior Retail Operations Consultant, our Retail Operations Consultants are responsible for:Driving regional sales, profit, and customer experience through strong people leadership, planning, and operational standardsPartnering with and coaching franchisees and store managers to improve financial performance, customer outcomes,



and complianceAnalysing financial and operational reports to identify risks, opportunities, and targeted improvement actionsDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring regional and store-specific business plans and budgetsManaging regional sales, gross profit, and expenditure to achieve company financial targetsUsing data and reporting (e.g. wages, COGS, profitability) as a coaching and performance improvement toolConducting regular store visits to review standards, providing feedback, and supporting operational excellenceMaintaining expert knowledge of Shift8 POS and back-office reporting to support stores as requiredBuilding trusted, professional relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and partners, representing the Gelatissimo brandMonitoring compliance, follow up on corrective actions, elevate issues where required, and support franchisee exits when necessary
