The dining experience for our residents is really important, meals needs to be creatively presented and tasty.About The RolePreparing fresh and nutritious meals for residents in line with their dietary needsManaging all resources within the kitchen including equipment and food supplies within your approved budgetMaintaining a hygienically clean kitchen that is fully compliant with the Aged Care quality standardsTo be successful in this role you'll needA heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyStrong communication skills and a positive attitudeExperience leading a teamCertificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)Basic Food safety Practices CertificateGood understanding of food safety practices,
