We're seeking an experienced Merchandiser to represent leading brands across Bunnings Warehouse, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and Officeworks across Newcastle metro and surrounding suburbs in a Part-time capacity.This is a fast-paced, multi-site role, where you'll visit multiple stores each day to execute team training, merchandising, and maintain high execution standards.What you'll be doingMaintaining planograms, displays, and stock level.Ensuring brand compliance across all stores visitedDeliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreementsAttend multiple sites in a dayEngage with team members, customers, conduct training, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with the team members and customers.Assist with product demonstrations and sampling to showcase the features and advantages of our offeringsCollaborate with the client and report back on competitor activities.Provide feedback and insights to the team on customer preferences and market trendsWhat we're looking forProven experience as a merchandiser specially in Bunnings or in a similar retail workplace.Strong understanding of retail merchandising and store standards.Have 1-2 years of working as a Merchandiser.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customersHighly organized, reliable, and proactiveValid driver's license and willingness to travel between stores.Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase and promote our productsEnthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer serviceAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong organizational and time management skills to ensure successful event executionWhat we offerAt Instant Activations', we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
