Kaisercraft is looking for a professional, hands‐on Retail Manager to lead and develop our new team in Wagga Wagga!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.Based in Geelong, we're a family‐owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia.Whilst we continue to grow, Kaisercraft have a strong focus on ensuring the Kaisercraft values are carried all the way from our Head office through to our Retail Stores.

You will guide your team to assist in ensuring the store is performing to the highest standard through customer service and presenting the store in such a way that it showcases our beautiful product range.
Outside of assisting with general day-to-day operations, your other duties and responsibilities may include;Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on monthly team budgetsEmployee monthly rostersRecruit,



select and train like‐minded team membersManaging and developing a small teamDemonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choiceTake a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage and stock takeEnsure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandisingAssist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiativesAbout You:You are looking for ***** hours per week, possibility of school hoursExperience with managing a teamThe ability to lead by example, as well as coaching and training your team to deliver a high performing retail storeThe ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needsA motivated individual with a passion to sell our products and drive your team to meet monthly targetsReliable, high attention to detail and valuable communication skillsAbility to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiativeExperience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS SystemFlexibility- Monday to Friday?
