Working closely with senior management and project teams, you will play a key role in securing work, managing project costs and supporting the successful delivery of large construction projects.

Description
Prepare competitive tenders, estimates and pricing submissions.
Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing, procurement and negotiations.
Prepare and assess variations, progress claims and project forecasts.




Support project delivery teams with commercial and contractual matters.
Profile
Experience as an Estimator or a combined CA/Estimator role within construction
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, cost control and tendering processes.
Experience working on commercial building or industrial projects.
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
