pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to support business decision-making and the achievement of CS Energy's strategic and operational objectives.Acts as a key legal partner to stakeholders across the organisation, delivering timely, practical and outcome-focused legal services.Supports the effective management of the legal function across a broad range of commercial, regulatory and operational matters.Leads and manages legal matters relating to commercial disputes, litigation, procurement activities, energy sector issues and regulatory compliance.Negotiates, drafts, reviews and settles a range of commercial agreements, contracts and dispute resolution arrangements.Identifies, assesses and manages legal risk, ensuring legal obligations are met while supporting commercial outcomes and business priorities.Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external advisers to resolve complex legal issues and deliver practical, risk-based solutions.Prepares and reviews legal advice, reports, briefings and recommendations for the Board, Executive Leadership Team and management.Exercises sound legal judgement and provides clear, practical guidance on complex legal and regulatory matters.Builds strong stakeholder relationships and effectively translates legal concepts into commercially relevant advice that supports organisational objectives.Ensures legal strategies and advice are aligned with CS Energy's commercial, operational and strategic priorities.
