Synergie Australia is seeking a Claims Service Consultant for a trusted client located in Sydney ****.
The Important parts:
Pay: $35 - $40 per hour + Super |
Hours: Monday - Friday | Rotating Roster - 7 days
What you will be required to do:
You'll be supporting a busy claims function, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.
This is a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing role where attention to detail and communication are key.
Managing inbound claims enquiries and providing timely resolutions
Processing and reviewing claims in line with policies and procedures
Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers and third parties
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Investigating and resolving discrepancies or escalations
Supporting continuous improvement within claims processes
Delivering strong customer service across all interactions
To be successful in the role you will:
Have previous experience in claims, customer service or a similar administrative role
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
Be confident working in a fast-paced,



high-volume environment
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Be systems savvy with the ability to pick up new platforms quickly
Show a proactive and solutions-focused approach
