As an experienced vehicle sales manager your responsibilities will include:
Managing all the daily duties and responsibilities of a sales department for efficiency, sales performance and high levels of customer service.
Minimum 2-3 people team management experience required.
Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new customers through appropriate product offers, ethical sales techniques and professionalism, whilst maximising quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Ensure the engagement and follow up of all department sales enquiries and appointments using appropriate process
Use and maintain customer and prospect contact data within available tools and systems to facilitate customer retention and source referral business
Be team player and assume a leadership role within a dynamic sales environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
A superior understanding of sales management, sales processes and strategic execution
Automotive/vehicle sales experience is essential.
The drive to succeed
The ability to use critical thinking in leadership role
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Pentana DMS
Immaculate and professional presentation
Open Queensland manual driver's licence essential
Minimum 1-2 years of vehicle sales management experience required.
