We are seeking a highly experienced carpenter to join our team on high-end architectural residential projects on the South Coast of NSW.
This role is suited to an experienced carpenter or a builder with a strong understanding of residential construction across all stages of a build.
We are looking for someone confident interpreting plans, working proactively onsite, problem solving efficiently, and delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
This Position Would Suit:
An experienced subcontract carpenter looking for consistent subcontract work
A qualified builder looking for hands-on carpentry work and is capable of assisting in a leading hand / supervisor role
A experienced carpenter/ or builder who is looking for stable full-time employment
About the Role
You will be involved in all stages of construction on architecturally designed homes, including for example:
Set-out and framing
Complex roof carpentry
Structural carpentry
External cladding and detailing
Fix out and finish carpentry
Formwork
General onsite coordination and problem solving




Working alongside other trades
Essential Requirements
Extensive residential carpentry and building experience
Solid ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
Thorough understanding of how to build a new home from start to finish
Ability to work unsupervised and maintain high-quality workmanship
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
White Card required
Own tools and transport
