About the Role
Working alongside an experienced IT team, you'll gain practical experience across a wide range of technologies while supporting staff across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide desktop and end‐user IT supportAssist with Microsoft 365, Teams and business applicationsManage user accounts, passwords and system accessSet up and maintain IT equipment and asset registersPrepare user guides and technical documentationMonitor backups and perform routine IT system checksEscalate technical issues to senior IT staff as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Has a genuine interest in technology and ITIs technically minded and enjoys solving problemsHas strong communication and customer service skillsIs eager to learn and develop new technical skillsIs reliable, organised and takes pride in their workCan work well independently and as part of a teamHas basic computer knowledge and is comfortable learning new systems
Previous IT experience is not required—just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and the right attitude.
