This full-time role is based on a rotating roster of day and night shifts, providing excellent exposure to all areas of our production process.What You'll Do:Perform routine food safety and quality checks across production linesInspect packaging, labelling, weights, temperatures, and hygiene complianceSupport the implementation of HACCP, GMP,



and company quality systemsAssist with sampling and basic product testingRecord and report non-conformances and support corrective actionsEnsure all documentation is completed accurately and on timeLiaise with production teams to uphold quality standardsWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and observational skillsAbility to work in a cold, fast-paced environmentResilience and the ability to have those tough conversationsBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts as requiredHighly regarded but not essential:Previous experience in food or meat processingUnderstanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety programsKnowledge of Australian export regulations (DAFF)What's On Offer:Full time position with rotating shifts (day/night)Hands-on training with supportive QA professionalsCareer progression within a growing export-accredited facilityWork in a highly regulated and quality-driven environmentCompetitive remuneration and shift allowances
