What You'll Be Doing
Connecting with customers via phone, email, website, and online enquiries
Following up on leads and creating exciting sales opportunities
Booking appointments and supporting our Sales and Service teams
Delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint
Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM system
Supporting dealership campaigns and promotions
Contributing to team goals while celebrating individual success
