About the role This is a full-time Service Advisor role with Ballina Toyota.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our highly skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all who visit our dealership.
What you'll be doing Greeting and assisting customers, and understanding their vehicle service needsPreparing comprehensive repair estimates and service recommendationsScheduling and coordinating vehicle service, repairs and maintenanceProviding regular updates to customers on the status of their vehiclesEnsuring a superior level of customer satisfaction throughout the service processMaintaining detailed records and documentation of all service workProactively identifying opportunities to generate additional service revenueSupporting the Parts and Sales teams as needed What we're looking for Robust customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesProficient in using automotive service management software (desirable)A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service What we offer At Ballina Toyota, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team.
