This is a vital front-facing position located in Terrigal, NSW ****, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients.What you'll be doingGreeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing check-in procedures and maintaining accurate patient recordsScheduling and confirming patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic scheduling and minimising wait timesAnswering telephone enquiries professionally and directing calls to appropriate staff membersProcessing patient payments, managing invoices and maintaining cash handling procedures with accuracyUpdating and maintaining patient files and medical records in accordance with privacy and confidentiality regulationsAssisting clinicians by preparing patient notes and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed before appointmentsManaging reception area cleanliness and organisation to maintain a professional and hygienic environmentSupporting administrative tasks including data entry, filing and general office dutiesResponding to patient enquiries regarding services, fees and medical procedures with knowledge and professionalismWhat we're looking forExperience with Best Practice, Microsoft Office,
