THE OPPORTUNITY: Finance Accounts Payable

An exciting opportunity now exists to join our professional team as a Finance Administrator Accounts Payable .
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations across, accounts payable and receivable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Receivable experience is desirable
Processing invoices, payments, receipts and reconciliations
Managing supplier and customer accounts, resolving queries while maintaining strong relationships
Completing payment runs, allocating payments and following up outstanding accounts
Support daily, weekly,



and monthly financial deadlines
Prepare and process client invoices and billing transactions through accounts receivable balances and follow up outstanding payments
Respond to client and internal enquiries regarding billing and accounts
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Strong attention to detail with and organisational skills
A team-oriented, flexible, and proactive analytical mindset
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure best practices are followed
Effective professional communication
Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiencies
Stock control experience (desirable)
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
Experience in administrative tasks across a dealership finance with accurate financial records is desirable
Minimum 2 years experience in, Finance, or Accounting Administration
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification (desired)
A current driver's licence
