Paradox Coffee Roasters is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Broadbeach Flagship café.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in managing a venue.
Someone who notices the details, keeps standards high, communicates well, and builds strong relationships with both staff and customers.Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the café, helping to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain the high standards that Paradox is known for.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, solving problems, and creating a positive and productive workplace culture.The roleAssist in the day-to-day management of café operationsLead and support a team of baristas and front of house staffDeliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback professionallyAssist with staff training and developmentMaintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and serviceAssist with rostering, stock control, ordering, and general administrationEnsure operational procedures are followed consistentlySupport the Store Manager in achieving business and team goalsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a café leadership role such as Assistant Manager,
