You must have solid experience in all aspects of aged care such as dementia experience, assessments, aged care standards, palliative care with the ability and willingness to work a rotating roster.About the positionOur Registered Nurses provide a high standard of clinical care to residents.
They are responsible for leading, guiding and supervising the AIN's and Support staff for an allocated shift.To be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum 2years' RN experience working in Aged CareCurrent AHPRA Nursing registrationExperience with Dementia and Palliative care,



Assessments and Aged Care Standards.Wound care, chronic disease plan management and pain managementProven track record in delivering quality clinical careTraining knowledge of recent standards and record of accreditation historyExperience in supervising a care team, providing clear direction and allocation of duties.The ability to work in a team and have a resilient attitude in a changing and dynamic environment.Excellent communication (written and oral) and strong relationship management skills.Strong team leadership and problem-solving skillsWilling to work overtime.Act as a role model amongst peers and care teamAvailable to work morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.Demonstrated ability to operate independently and professionally.This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and who enjoys a challenge.
