It'll give you a genuine feel for who we are and how we work together.Who we're looking forYou are a registered or clinical psychologist with experience working with children and adolescentsYou have a genuine passion for making a contribution to the lives of the young people, families and communities you serveYou practise in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based and relationship-centred wayYou know that children thrive when the adults around them feel supported tooYou are committed to the qualified learning and personal growth that makes you a better clinicianWhat your week will look likeYou'll:Deliver evidence-based counselling and psychological supports to children, adolescents and their families at our multidisciplinary paediatric practice in BrookvaleSupport parents and carers so that your therapeutic work carries through into everyday lifeWork closely with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists and specialist early intervention teachers to deliver the best outcomes for every childContribute to fortnightly multidisciplinary case conferences, where you'll learn from your colleagues and they'll learn from youJoin our fortnightly Psych Hub, where our mental health team comes together for shared learning and professional developmentBenefit from the kind of regular clinical support and mentoring that comes from working within a genuinely collaborative teamIf you're with us full time and keen to conduct assessments, there's opportunity here.
