Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.The RoleWe are looking for experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant for our Dalkeith Gardens Residential Aged Care Home in Traralgon, home to 114 residents.Provide expert clinical leadership and support to ensure high-quality, resident-centred careLead the assessment, management, and review of residents with complex clinical needsSupport and mentor Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers in clinical best practiceMonitor clinical indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive quality initiatives across the homeCollaborate with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and external providers to achieve positive health outcomesAssist with compliance, accreditation requirements, clinical governance activities, and incident management processesAbout YouCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Demonstrated experience in aged care,



chronic disease management, dementia care, and complex clinical assessmentsStrong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory requirementsProven ability to provide clinical leadership, coaching, and support to multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyse clinical data, identify risks, and implement effective care and quality improvement strategiesPostgraduate qualifications in gerontology, clinical nursing, leadership, or a related field (desirable)Experience supporting aged care accreditation and quality improvement programs (desirable)Why Benetas?
