This role is responsible for managing cross-functional delivery teams, driving high-quality learner experiences, supporting stakeholder relationships, and ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and achieving positive learner outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective processes to support high-quality programme deliveryLead and manage programme coordinators, facilitators, mentors,
and other delivery team membersAct as the escalation point for complex programme and learner-related challengesCollaborate with learner support teams to ensure excellent participant outcomesCoordinate facilitators and mentors to ensure successful programme deliverySupport the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of facilitatorsMonitor programme performance and analyse operational data to identify improvementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and programme partnersWork collaboratively across teams to achieve delivery objectives and shared outcomesIdentify, prioritise, and manage operational risks throughout programme deliveryContribute to the development of scalable systems, processes, and operational assetsRepresent programme needs and stakeholder feedback in planning and operational discussions
