Reporting to the MSOH Operations Manager, in this role, you will play a critical part in protecting the health of NSW coal mine workers through statutory dust monitoring and occupational hygiene services across underground and surface operations.This is a hands‐on, field‐based role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work directly with workers, mine management and regulators.About the role:Conduct statutory dust monitoring at NSW underground and surface coal minesDeliver occupational hygiene assessments and servicesPrepare high-quality technical reports and documentationPlan, schedule, and coordinate statutory and commercial monitoring programsEngage with mine personnel, clients, and regulatory authoritiesSupport compliance and continuous improvement in health and safety practicesThis role requires regular travel to regional mine sites and strong communication skills to work effectively across all levels of the industry.About You:To be successful you will have:10 years underground mining experience (desirable)Sound understanding of underground mining processes, airborne dust risks and controlsMining‐related qualifications (e.g. Undermanager, Deputy, Trade, OHS)
