As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate Shop Manager to step into a full‐time role at our established Garden Centre in Terrey Hills.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will take the lead in guiding a dedicated team of cashiers, sales staff and other team members - to create a positive environment where great customer experiences come naturally.
About you:You will have a solid background in retail management and a genuine passion for leading teams.
Customer service excellence is second nature to you,



and you know how to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships alongside your reliable nature will be the key to your success.
About the role:This is a full‐time position, typically including one weekend day and a small number of public holidays throughout the year.
This is an active hands‐on role - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys being part of a friendly and supportive team.
