Working closely with Redpath as the mining contractor, you will ensure alignment across all functions while driving a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.This is a high-impact leadership role suited to someone who can build solid relationships, influence diverse teams, and deliver sustainable operational outcomes.Roster: 8/6, 12 hours per day (Dayshift only)Travel optionsDIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowanceFIFO from Brisbane,



Sydney or Melbourne (other locations under consideration)Key responsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and direction for the Federation Mine operationFoster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirementsPartner with Redpath and other contractors to drive operational performance and achieve production objectivesLead and support site-based teams across mining, maintenance, camp and supporting functionsEnsure effective planning, coordination and execution of operational activitiesManage site operating budgets and resources to deliver sustainable business outcomesDevelop high-performing leaders and teams through coaching, mentoring and succession planningBuild strong relationships with employees, contractors and key stakeholdersChampion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity and operational efficiencyAct as the senior site representative, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all functionsQualifications and experienceSignificant experience in underground hard rock mining operationsDemonstrated success leading large operational teams across multiple functionsStrong contractor management experience, ideally within an owner-miner environmentNSW Mining Engineering Manager Certificate or ability to obtain mutual recognitionProven experience managing budgets, operational performance and business improvement initiativesExcellent leadership,
